Simply remove the spit arm and the braai becomes a conventional gas braai, wood braai, or charcoal braai. The wood‑fire version includes an ember maker, while the charcoal configuration does not—allowing users to select the setup best suited to their needs.

Each Stainless-Steel Spit Braai comes standard with a 40 kg heavy‑duty motor, making it ideal for catering to larger groups with ease. A large stainless steel carving tray, spit arm, and mounting bracket are all included.

A damper installed at the top of the unit regulates heat loss through the chimney, while three removable internal heat shields help retain and direct heat where it’s needed most.
